Calling all goddesses and wild womxn! 

Join us together in ceremony as we come together to bare it all.

We meet each other, beautifully bare and blissfully alive, to release our inhibitions and fall madly in love with our bodies.

At it core, Naked Yoga is a self-love yoga practice that allows you to drop into beingness at its most raw and primal state. Unrestricted by the sensation of clothing, there is lightness to the body and poses feel freer. Practicing together gives us the opportunity to separate nudity from sexuality and deepens your connection to your body.

If the idea of getting naked in front of your sisters sounds a little scary, I encourage you to take a breath and allow yourself this sacred opportunity to be witnessed.

This is a safe space for you to tap into your body’s unique wisdom and reconnect to your wild. All womxn are welcome.

AGENDA

Doors open at 10:45.

Come dressed in a robe or something cozy and we will open the circle and then collectively undress at 11:11

We will begin clothed and begin with a brief introduction and intention setting to ensure that everyone feels safe.

We will then practice a ritual cleansing, followed by breath, mirror work and mantra before moving through a gentle embodied yoga flow.

We will end together again in circle.
