To ensure the most professional and consistent mindful event experience, Unique Mindful Events has a strict no refund policy on behalf of its event promoters. Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled. Event postponement is not considered cancellation nor is it the same as cancellation.
In the event of an event cancellation, refunds will be automatically processed to the payment method previously used and no refund request is necessary. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks after an event cancellation to process refunds.
Unless otherwise noted on each ticket page, tickets are transferrable to another individual with email notice 24 hours in advance of event date and time. This means a ticket holder can sell or give their ticket to another individual prior to an event.
Participation Waiver
I understand that Unique Mindful Events is a ticketing and event management platform and does not host or put on most of the events seen on the Unique Mindful Events website. I also understand and agree not to hold liable Unique Mindful Events with regard to any event that I attend that was purchased on the Unique Mindful Events website. In the event that Unique Mindful Events is a collaborator and/or producer of an event that I am attending, I understand and agree to the participation waiver in the next paragraph. I also understand and agree to any participation waivers by the individual event promoters who sell tickets on this website. I understand that their individual participation waivers can be found on their respective websites and that I have read and agree to their respective waivers prior to purchasing an event ticket on the Unique Mindful Events website.
If I am participating in an event directly put on by Unique Mindful Events, I understand that attending any type of event carries an inherent risk. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for all damages to myself or my children, which may incur through participation. Activities and knowledge gained at a Unique Mindful Events event are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga and other physical activities at events are not recommended and are not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such an event. In addition, I will make the instructor or facilitator aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before any physical activity at a Unique Mindful Events event. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my participation verifies that I have my physician’s approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to participate in any activities at a Unique Mindful Events event and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Unique Mindful Events, its founders, its agents, its members, its coordinators, its volunteers, its entertainers, its presenters, and its instructors. I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I participate in this Unique Mindful Events event voluntarily and recognize that my event ticket purchase serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Texas.
