Inga Raquel Seals

“You cannot pour from an empty cup.”
This is what yoga has taught me. Yoga saved my life. After survival of heart disease, obesity, and depression, my yoga practice is my sanctuary. My philosophy is that through yoga, you can create and build your inner power by taking the time for yourself and listening to your body. We all have everything we need inside of us to be happier, to create positive change in our world, to be a good human and have compassion for one another.” In August 2015, Inga received her 200hr teacher training through Lex Gillan, whose lineage includes the teachings of Ram Dass. She has continued to study and since received other format training, including ButiYoga, Zen Meditation, Reiki (level 1 & 2), and more.

Marion Noone

Marion Noone is a 200 hr certified lifepower yoga instructor and level one certified reiki healer. She’s had a personal yoga practice for 10 years and decided to train to become an instructor during one of the most challenging times of her life- Divorce after a 14 year relationship. From married to single mom of 4 children, ages 10, 5, 4, and 1 , she really had to dig deep to find self love and forgiveness. She trained as an instructor to deepen her own practice with no intentions of ever teaching, however through training she discovered the true healing benefits of yoga practice- the mind work. So she was inspired to give this gift to others. Her passion as a teacher is exactly this, teaching students to love themselves deeply and fully while learning compassionate self acceptance and the freedom of forgiveness. She’s now been teaching for over 2 years and has grown immensely as a leader in her community. She empowers women daily to own their strength and conquer all of their fears with gratitude and grace.
