Midtown Park

9 am – 11 am

Join YOUniverSOUL Fest, Dan Houston, and Candice Quino as we energize our weekend and start of the month in style.
Also in attendance will be some of our amazing sponsors (Memorial Heights Emergency Center, Pura Sutra, Pure Oil Life, Athleta, Montrose Yoga Cooperative, and Xaver Jewels) without whom these events and the festival would not be possible.

Candice Quino

For Candice, yoga is an exchange of energy that gives us access to all that we are — a deep dive below the surface; gently removing our filters to be able to see ourselves clearly. In addition to formal training and continued education, she draws from beloved teachers in our community, conversations with the cosmos, and her students to create a unique experience in every practice.
An avid reader of all things mystical and earthly, she loves to weave readings, poetry, and stories throughout the class.
She wholeheartedly believes yoga is for everyone: regardless of fitness level, flexibility, age, background, or socioeconomic status. We are all beautifully flawed humans and she invites you to join her on a yoga journey.
You can find Candice on the teaching schedule at Black Swan Yoga (www.blackswanyoga.com).
