A WINTER SOLSTICE GATHERING
Dance • Moveshops • Zenshops• Community • Camping • Celebration
Gather around the fire and welcome the returning light at Emberlight: A Winter Solstice Gathering, December 17–21, 2026, in Del Valle, Texas.
Carrying forward the spirit of Dragonfly Fest, this 18+, sober camping gathering invites you to help create a burn-inspired community through connection, creativity, and shared participation. Thursday through Sunday, explore Moveshops for movement and play and Zenshops for learning, creativity, and reflection, with time to slow down and enjoy nature and each other. As night falls, come together for drumming, singing, dancing, and stories around the campfire. There will be no DJs or food vendors; a communal kitchen offers a place to cook and connect. Admission for the entire gathering is $111.11, with no separate day or vehicle passes needed. Everyone purchases a ticket, including vendors, volunteers, performers, and workshop presenters. Camping spots are first come, first served, and there is no VIP section. Bring your warmest layers, your curiosity, and whatever you’re inspired to share, and help make this winter solstice a celebration of what we create together.
