Soul Camp
A Conscious Camp for Adults is a unique 2-day immersive retreat designed to reconnect us with our inner selves, nature, and each other. Through a carefully curated experience that includes mindful practices from around the world, participants will experience profound relaxation, personal growth, and a deep sense of community. Held in a serene, nature-rich environment, this “Reset” retreat offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, rejuvenate, and cultivate a conscious, mindful lifestyle.
The primary goal of Conscious Camp is to create a safe and nurturing space where participants can explore and deepen their self-awareness, connect with like-minded individuals, and experience the transformative power of community and conscious living.
Soul Camp is a healing community, the agreements below will focus energy during our time together:

Here is the schedule:
**Friday:**
3:00 PM – **Arrival & Grounding**: Arrive, check in, explore the sacred land, and set up your restful space. Embrace the gift of free time to connect with the energy of the retreat.
7:00 PM – **Opening Ceremony & Nourishment**: Gather for a heartfelt opening ceremony followed by a nourishing dinner.
8:00 PM – **Connection Through Play**: Engage in joyful games designed to foster deep connection with your fellow travelers.
9:30-10:00 PM – **Harmonizing Sound Bath**: Surrender to the healing vibrations of a sound bath, allowing them to wash away the day’s cares.
10:00 PM – **Restorative Slumber**: Drift into peaceful sleep, rejuvenated and ready for the journey ahead.
**Saturday:**
7:00 AM – **Awakening Yoga & Sound**: Greet the day with a revitalizing blend of yoga and sound healing, awakening your body and spirit.
8:30 AM – **Light Breakfast**: Enjoy a nourishing and light breakfast to prepare for the day’s explorations.
10:00 AM – **Silent Meditation Walk**: Embark on a serene, silent walk, connecting deeply with nature and your inner self.
11:00 AM – **Journaling & Reflection**: Spend time in introspection, journaling your thoughts and reflections. Embrace personal time for whatever your soul needs.
12:30 PM – **Ayurvedic Lunch**: Savor a wholesome Ayurvedic meal, balancing body and mind.
1:30 PM – **Forest Bathing & Nature Connection**: Immerse yourself in the healing embrace of the forest, reconnecting with nature’s wisdom.
Tribal Connection & Symbols
3:00 PM – **Floating Breath, Sound, & Ice Bath**: Experience a transformative session combining breathwork, sound healing, and the invigorating power of an ice bath.
4:30 PM – **Embodied Polarity: masculine & Feminine seperate circles & practices
6:00 PM – **Dinner**: Share a nourishing Ayurvedic meal with the group, grounding yourself for the evening.
7:00 PM – **Cacao Ceremony**: Open your heart with the sacred ritual of a cacao ceremony, deepening your connection to yourself and others.
8:00 PM – **Ecstatic Dance**: Let go and move freely in an ecstatic dance, expressing joy through your body.
9:15 PM – **Singing Circle**: Join in a harmonious singing circle, where voices blend and rise in unity.
10pm **Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath**:
Through the profound stillness of Yoga Nidra and the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath, we journey inward to awaken the soul and restore the harmony within
10:30 PM – **Free Time or Rest**: Enjoy a moment of solitude or choose to rest, integrating the day’s experiences.
**Sunday:**
7:00-8:30 AM – **Silent Yoga & Sound Awakening**: Begin your final day with a soul-awakening session of Silent yoga and sound, setting a serene tone for the morning.
8:30 AM – **Light Breakfast**: Nourish yourself with a light breakfast, preparing for the day’s closing moments.
9:30 AM – **Sound Bath on the Hill**: Experience the beauty of a sound bath in nature, as you soak in the morning light on a peaceful hilltop.
10:00 AM – **Group Reflection & Manifestation Circle**: Come together for a reflective circle, sharing insights and setting intentions for the journey ahead.
11:00 AM – **Guest Teacher Session**: Receive wisdom and inspiration from a special guest teacher, offering new perspectives and guidance.
12:00 PM – **Farewell Brunch**: Savor a final meal together, celebrating the connections made and the growth experienced.
1:00 PM – **Farewell Love Portal**: Depart through the Love Portal, carrying the energy and love of the retreat with you as you re-enter the world.
