Karuna Diedericks is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and graduate of the California College of Ayurveda (2007). She has been a practicing consultant for over 10 years, using diagnostic tools to determine the diet that is best suited to her clients personal body type (dosha). Discovering your dosha is part of the Ayurvedic journey. Using her training as a specialty vegetarian chef she also teaches Ayurvedic cooking classes at various locations in Houston.
